At Audiobio, we are dedicated to preserving your unique narrative, memories, and voice in a way that transcends time. Embarking on the Audiobio journey is more than just capturing your story – it's an immersive experience that involves collaboration, creativity, and heartfelt connections. Let's shed light on the stages of the Audiobio production process, guiding you through the transformation of your life story into a cherished legacy.
1. Getting in Touch
It all begins with a simple step – reaching out to us. Whether through our email or our contact form, we are here guide you. Let us know what you have in mind and ask all the questions you need to ask. We'll take it from there.
2. The Consultation - Structuring you AudioBio
The Consultation phase is where we get to know you, your aspirations, and the essence you want to preserve. It is an in-depth conversation to structure your ideas and provide some guidance. We draw a timeline, we establish some key themes and stories, define the format of your AudioBio. We make sure we don't forget anything. We believe in tailoring each Audiobio to reflect your unique journey, and the consultation is the foundation upon which this journey is built.
3. The Interview Sessions
The heart of your Audiobio lies in the Interview Sessions. We work with you to plan these sessions, ensuring that they are comfortable, engaging, and reflective of your personality. Depending on the package you choose, we'll plan 2 to 6 two-hour sessions that we can tailor to your own needs. These interviews are conducted in a relaxed and conversational manner, either at home or remotely - you decide. Our goal is to create an environment where your stories flow naturally.
5. Editing Your Audiobio
Once the interviews are recorded, our team of editors steps in to weave your stories into a seamless narrative. We carefully edit the recordings, removing any imperfections while preserving the authenticity of your voice and storytelling style. We then structure your AudioBio into Life-Chapters. From 3 to 7, again depending on the package you choose. These Life-Chapters are each approximately one-hour long. They provide a comfortable and organized way for you and your loved ones to revisit specific moments, stories, or themes at your own pace, without feeling overwhelmed by a lengthy recording. Each Life-Chapter acts as a self-contained story, allowing you to focus on particular aspects of your life.
6. Review and Approval
Your voice matters, and this stage is a testament to our commitment to authenticity. We present you with the edited version of your Audiobio, inviting you to relive your journey. Your feedback is invaluable – whether you wish to enhance certain stories, clarify details, or emphasize specific aspects. Your input shapes the final narrative, ensuring that your Audiobio is a genuine reflection of your life.
7. Delivery of Your AudioBio
The moment you've been waiting for – the delivery of your Audiobio. It's not just a product; it's a cherished legacy that will connect generations. Your Audiobio is delivered to you in the format of your choice - digital "on the cloud" (don't worry if you're not familiar with "THE ALMIGHTY CLOUD", we'll explain!) as well as on physical devices like future-proofed memory cards.
